SHIPPING POLICY

SYSTEMA SPEC operates on a dual-phase production and logistics timetable: Fulfillment (Production) followed by Transit.

 1. Timelines & Operations

● Production Time: Because items are custom-fabricated on demand, production requires 2 to 5 business days prior to package dispatch.

● Transit Time: Once completed, parcels are shipped via standard carrier services (USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or equivalent). Standard transit requires 3 to 5 business days for domestic destinations.

● Total Turnaround: Anticipate arrival within 5 to 10 business days from order placement under normal operating conditions.

2. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination:

 ● Standard Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of $6.99 for domestic orders valued between $0.00 and $74.99.

● Complimentary Shipping: Applied automatically to all domestic orders.

● APO / FPO / DPO Delivery: We proudly ship to all U.S domestic military postal addresses via USPS at standard domestic rates. Transit times may experience variable transit windows outside our control.

3. Tracking

Upon completion of production, an automated shipping confirmation containing your carrier tracking number is generated and dispatched to your email address. Allow 24 hours for carrier scan events to populate.

 4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

● Marked Delivered: If tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, allow 24 hours for carrier sorting errors, verify exterior premises, and check with neighbors. We are not responsible for packages stolen post-delivery.

● Lost in Transit: If carrier tracking ceases updating for more than 10 consecutive business days, contact our operations desk to initiate a carrier inquiry and authorize a priority production replacement.
