Maintenance
Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.

Production & Delivery
All SYSTEMA SPEC products are custom‑made. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or equivalent. Standard total turnaround is 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: Free
- APO / FPO / DPO: We ship to all U.S. military postal addresses at standard domestic rates. Transit windows may vary based on carrier handling.
- No international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
When production is complete, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for initial carrier scan updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Marked Delivered: If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not found, allow 24 hours, check your surroundings, and speak with neighbors. SYSTEMA SPEC is not responsible for theft after delivery.
- Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact our operations desk to initiate a carrier investigation and authorize a priority replacement.
Return & Refund
Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damage
If your item arrives misprinted, structurally flawed, or damaged in transit, SYSTEMA SPEC will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost.
- Filing Window: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the verified delivery date.
- Required Documentation: Provide clear, high‑resolution photos of the defect or damage, plus a photo of the packing slip.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will immediately produce an identical replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Custom Fulfillment & Order Finality
All SYSTEMA SPEC products are custom‑fabricated per order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for user‑initiated errors.
- Size & Color Selection: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size, color, or silhouette selections once production begins.
- Order Changes: Orders enter automated production shortly after submission. Cancellation or modification requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, changes cannot be made.
- Address Errors: If a shipment is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for all re‑shipment and re‑routing costs.
How to File a Defect Claim
To initiate a manufacturing defect claim:
- Email support@systemaspec.com with the subject line: DEFECT CLAIM — Order #[Your Order Number]
- Attach clear photos of the defect and the packing slip.
- Provide a brief 1–2 sentence description of the issue.
- Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
